A true entrepreneur with 35 years of rich experience in ferro alloys industry. Post graduate in technology from Andhra University and has done masters in business administration from India. He has directed his energy away from the day to day management of business to developing dedicated top leadership for individual business verticals and various corporate functions for accelerating the business growth and building a stronger institution committed to deliver results. While his involvement continues in the most critical group level decisions.

MR. DVSSN RAJU - DIRECTOR

Is the young, enthusiastic and ambitious force that infuses dynamism in the group. He is a diehard entrepreneur, is involved in managing the day to day operations of the entire group and provides leadership to the heads of individual business vertical and corporate functions like commercial,finance, and legal. His strength lies in new venture creation, financing and project execution. An MBA from Worcester University, London, UK, and Bachelor of Technology in metallurgy and materials technology from India, he knows the art of managing people by leveraging diversity and motivating them to perform their best. He specializes in designing of innovative methods and strategies right from financing, contracting, project structuring.

MRS. D SAMEERA DEVI - DIRECTOR

Is a director in the group looking after total companies administration. She is an engineering graduate with master’s in business administration in systems management.

MR. DN RAJU - FOUNDER & TECHNICAL ADVISER

Is the instrumental in the effective functioning of the group's ferro-alloys operations. He is a graduate in science and AMIM, MIIM, LIM from the Norwegian Institute of Technology, University of Trondheim, Norway.

Having rich industrial experience of 58 years with major ferro alloys industries across the globe. He has got an interesting blend of academic knowledge and industrial experience which helps him in effectively putting theory into practice. Executed many ferro alloys projects across the globe from starting of the project till successfully commissioning of the plant until successful productions.
